Make tours genuinely useful

• Write from first-hand knowledge and check your facts.
• Keep routes walkable, publicly accessible and realistic for the stated duration.
• Match the description to what the tour actually delivers.

Respect people and places

• Do not photograph or record identifiable people without their consent.
• Do not send walkers onto private property, building sites or dangerous terrain.
• Do not disturb residents, places of worship, memorials or protected sites.

Not allowed

• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Violence, self-harm promotion, or instructions for illegal activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or personality rights.
• Misleading, spam or duplicate tours, and fake reviews.

Reporting

Use the report button on any tour or review, or email support@cityrats.app with the tour name and the reason. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

Moderation and consequences

Depending on severity we may hide or remove content, restrict a creator's ability to publish, or terminate an account. Creators are notified of the decision and may reply to support@cityrats.app to contest it.
